WINTER 2012 SCHEDULE

INTRO TO EXPLOSIVE TRAINING CLINIC

The club is offering a free clinic for club players on Explosive Training consisting of 4 mini sessions as follows:

Week 1 – Thur Dec 6 and Fri Dec 7

Week 2 – Thur Dec 13 >> Moved to Fri, Dec 21 (Due to a school function)

Week 3 – Thu Dec 20, Fri, Dec 21

7:30 to 8:15 PM @ Joplin Elementary school Gymnasium in Boise under the guidance of Tom Glick (Speed & Agility and Technical Strength Program Director). It is free for all Real families!

It is encouraged that players attending are familiar with the club’s technical strength training program to increase speed and agility. For more information about this program, please visit the Speed and Agility Program page.
