I. YOUTH ACADEMY PLAYERS (U4-U9) (Born 2009-2014)

Youth Academy Players are encouraged to sign for both seasons (Fall and Spring) but they can sign for individual seasons as well with no fee increase.

PLAYER FEES

Team fees + Club Fees + Uniforms = $25/player/season (ALL INCLUDED!)

U4-U9 Players: Register here!

Note: Late fee of $20 applies when signing after August 1st (Fall season) and March 1st (Spring season).

The $25/player includes all this:

Team fees are the costs associated with participating in various leagues/events.  These costs include but are not limited to IYSA player/coaches registration fees, league entry fees, player cards, referee fees (if applicable), field usage, gotsoccer system fees and related items.

Club fees cover coaches development, staff, head coaches, guest pro coaches and directors’ pay, equipment, some coaches apparel, marketing, advertisement, social events, po box, web and some administration cost.


Academy Uniforms: Free (loaned to players; to be returned at the end of season; just buy the socks from the club). See Academy Uniforms here.

The club budget is available to any club member under request. It indicates how every dollar is allocated. The Youth Academy funding relies on sponsorships and fundraisers.

  • U10-U16 Teams, Fall + Spring 

PLAYER FEES

Player Fees = Team Fees + Club Fees = $365/player/year

Uniforms are separate.

A monthly payments option is available – see below.

EXPLANATION OF FEES

Team fees are the costs associated with participating in various leagues/events.  These costs include but are not limited to IYSA player/coaches registration fees, league entry fees, player cards, referee fees, field usage, gotsoccer system fees and related items.

MONTHLY PAYMENTS OPTION

-5 monthly installments payment option available (June- Oct). New players registering after June, will see the installments option modified to 4 months (if registering in July), to 3 months (if registering in August) and so on. Choosing to pay your fee monthly does not increase your total fee!

-All fees must be paid by Oct 31st.

How to reduce the player fees.

    Note: this is also applicable for teams under special arrangements/circumstances with the club, which play/sign for Fall Only.

-All fees must be paid by March 30th.

OTHER NOTES FOR ALL TEAMS

OPTIONAL TEAM FEES: Optional Team fees incurred (Tournament Fees, Indoor Soccer League Fees, Traveling Expenses for Tournaments, Coaches Travel Expenses (covered by all parents when traveling to a tournament), Miscellaneous Expenses, Camps and Other Activities (agreed upon by parents/guardians of the team)) are not included in the PLAYER FEES (team fees + club fees) .

TOURNAMENTS: Families are responsible to cover the head coach’s accommodations, transportation and meals share (divided equally among all players participating in the tournament) when traveling to a tournament.
