Competitive Coaches:

After the official tryouts in June every year, there will be times when you will have to assess a player for your team. (We can add players all year around).

Please print these 3 forms to be ready:

(1) Player Check-in & Waiver of Liability Form

(2) Results Letters to give to parents/players.

2.2 A Letter given when you need to see the player further or you want to refer the player to our recreational program.
