DESCRIPTION

Choices students make in middle school and junior high impact their future opportunities (academically and sports-wise), so it is important to start planning early.

In this Session, these were the main topics covered:
        Why college?
        Overview of the process and timeline
        Planning for 8th-9th-10th grade students
        The student athlete
        On-going activities and checklists to manage the process

Seminar 2 Part 2 – Summary – Financial Aid Planning and College Search, by Step Ahead Idaho

DESCRIPTION

  • Soccer recruitment process (~1 hour).
  • “Step Ahead Idaho” gave a presentation on college financial aid – terms, resources, and a detailed session on college selection and resume building (~1 hour).  This will give students a step ahead in pursuing their college dreams!
