With 2 games remaining of the regular Major League Soccer season (top professional soccer tier in the USA), our partners Real Salt Lake sits 8th tied with 7th spot LA Galaxy both with 43 points. Both teams are 2 points away from Minessota and 3 points away from Portland Timbers. The 7 first teams on the Western conference advance to play offs.
RSL travels to Los Angeles on October 1 and will host Portland Timbers at the Rio Tinto Stadium in Sandy, Utah on Sunday Oct 9, 3PM.

RECAP PAST TRIP
Now below please find the recap for the trip on May 28th!
May 28th, 2022 saw our first expedition as a club traveling to Sandy, Utah for a day full of events!
20 of our players and a total of 50 people form part of the trip! By the way if you missed the announcement of our partnership with Real Salt Lake last April, here it is!
On Game Day, our players were be able to attend a free clinic by RSL/Monarchs coaching staff at the American First Field, which is also in Sandy, Utah. For this clinic, our players had former Portland Timbers & Real Salt Lake pro player Taylor Peay as their coach.
Right after the clinic, RSL invited our Real SC players to participate in their Parade of Kings. Players ran out on the field and lined the perimeter of it while the RSL and Houston Dynamo players walked out.
As an added bonus, our families enjoyed discounts at the Stadium’s team store by wearing one of our team jerseys to the match.
To put the cherry on top, Real Salt Lake had a great game and beat Houston 3-0!
Our next trip will be on July 23th, when RSL will face FC Dallas!
