2. SPONSORS

Please support this amazing line of enterprises!

3. MINI GAMES: ORGANIZATION & LENGTH

All teams will usually play a few MINI GAMES using 1 hour or 1.5 hours blocks. (see exceptions in section 1 above)

Be aware this is not a tournament just a fun way to conclude the event and all kids will get awards! All teams are in the same club and we all share the same colors, logo and vision!

Coaches, please keep your games on time so everybody can rely and on a precise schedule, specially to keep on time the medal/picture block and attractions schedule.

4. AWARDS and PICTURES (1/2 hour block, right after games)

Our players and coaches, as always, have been truly amazing so let’s recognize them!

Right after your age bracket games block, coaches will take their team players to the event tent to get their well deserved awards and give the opportunity to families to take a team picture!

NOTE: AWARDS WILL ONLY BE GIVEN AS A TEAM SPECIFICALLY TO THE HEAD COACH, WHO WILL DISTRIBUTE TO THE TEAM. WE WILL NOT BE GIVING INDIVIDUAL MEDALS. THIS CREATES LOGISTIC ISSUES.

The main tent/table and attractions will be nearby where field 3 and 4 are in this map.

Please take your team pictures by our club banners so we can have colorful pics for our web page and social media!

5. ATTRACTIONS (1 hour or 1.5 hours blocks, right after awards/pics)

After your 1/2 hour block to get your awards and take pics, your team and teams in similar age groups will have the jump/slide house reserved for 1 hour or 1.5 hours (see your age bracket schedule).

This Fall we have 1 attraction: Here is the slide/jump house combo!

Allowing for 1 exclusive hour (or 1.5 hours) for same age teams will be a more safe and controlled environment for everybody.
